Quit The Cigarette Habit. I never believed I would be able to stop my smoking habit. It seemed like I was again and again waiting until the anxiety in my life was at a low point to begin to stop and of course that did not happen.I used my smoking habit as anxiety reliever and I just didn't know what smoking control could do. I can not say I still don't think about having a smoke from time to time and quite likely always will on the other hand I also remind myself that what you save is cash your health and generally just feeling superior.
